    From 0 to 100, how much of what this career needs do you think you already have? Gut number. You'll lock it, then research, then rate again. What moves is the point.

    Start with you, not the job, so you're not copying the job description back at yourself. Your Skills Spotting list is below if it carried over. Keep the ones that matter for this career, give each one a real moment, and name at least three in employer language.

    For each thing the career asks for, decide which of the lecture's three columns it lands in. A receipt means one of your skills covers it. A buildable gap closes with practice. A credential gap only closes with a program or a license.
